The following limited warranties are extended to the original commercial use purchaser and does not apply to floor samples. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty. Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time. Custom furniture items are non-refundable and Caluco reserves the right to replace, refinish or repair the frame.

If the aluminum or stainless steel frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. Spare parts are not under warranty. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.

If the woven resin, polypropylene or rope furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. Umbrella Frames and Bases: Covered for one (1) year. Fiberglass components: Covered for two (2) years. Caluco guarantees its commercial umbrellas and bases to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The coverage period begins on the date of purchase and extends for the duration specified in the warranty terms. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Under this limited warranty, Caluco will, at its discretion, repair or replace any umbrella or base found to be defective during the warranty period. This warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature. Wind ratings and wind-related damage are not included under this limited warranty. IMPORTANT NOTES: -This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Caluco for its commercial umbrellas and bases. -No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. -Caluco shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products. -Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. -The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. -Caluco strongly advises against using any umbrella in wind conditions and recommends securely closing all umbrellas when not in use or when wind speeds exceed 15-20 MPH. -Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time. WARRANTY COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS: -COM fabrics are not covered under this warranty. Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all furniture covers will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. To retain the limited warranty, regular care and maintenance is required. Extra care and maintenance is required in coastal areas.

Stone tops are warranted against manufacturer’s defect for one year. If the stone top fails structurally during normal usage or if the finish peels, cracks or blisters within one year from date of purchase, Caluco will repair, refinish or replace the top.
